IUE Strings is a collaborative brand for professional musicians on both sides of Taiwan and the mainland. After years of development, it has accumulated 20 years of experience in violin making and cultural promotion, along with 12 years of experience in store sales, art training, and operational management. Our customers are spread throughout the country and overseas. Over the years, our company has positioned itself in the key cultural and artistic industries of violin culture promotion, violin making, violin sales, violin rental, violin customization, European antique violin imports, exhibitions, restoration, sales, and collection. The Ailiuyi·Mingjia Violin production factory is located in the Linjiang New District of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, with offline flagship stores in Chongqing, Shanghai, and Nantong.

Our Commitment
Vladimir Klochko holds master's and doctoral degrees from the Tchaikovsky Music Academy. From 1980 to 1990, he was employed by the Belarusian State Music Academy. In 1992, he was invited to serve as the string section director of the Taiwan Provincial Symphony Orchestra. Since 2019, he has been serving as a performer for IUE Strings, responsible for violin exhibition performances, and the tuning of our Violins to ensure that each of our violins meets the standards of professional musicians in terms of tone and sound quality.
Marc Armengol was born on March 15, 1967 in Abeca, Spain.
He became exposed to the music of the choir "Escolaniade Montserrat".
Studied at the "Professional Conservatory of Music of Leda" and later at the "Superior Conservatory of Music of Barcelona".
In 1997 he was awarded the titles of Senior Professor of Violin and Violin and Senior Professor of the Lego Chamber.
As a founding member of the Catalan Chamber Orchestra, he served as solo concert maestro.
He performed successfully at many music festivals in Europe for 25 years.

Our Luthiers
Yadong Tang
From 1998 to 2004, Tang began a comprehensive and systematic study of violin making. I
n 2004, Tang joined the Chinese Violin Makers Association and from 2004 to 2013, Tang studied the traditional Italian violin making methods in Beijing.
In 2013, Tang became a part of IUE Strings, specializing in violin making and the restoration of world-renowned instruments. Tang is one of five individuals in the company who can independently craft violins and restore antique instruments.
Over the years, Tang has restored and worked on hundreds of antique instruments, fine violins, and bows, and Tang currently hold the position of Technical Director.
Xianglun Meng
Trained under the guidance of the German master Jens Claudius Geer, Meng is an AAA-rated antique violin repair specialist at IUE Strings and serves as the Chief Repair Specialist at our After-Sales Service Center. With two decades of dedicated experience in repairing and adjusting antique violins, he has accumulated a wealth of repair expertise and possesses exceptional repair skills. His work has consistently received their unanimous acclaim.
Sean Wang
Began systematic violin production and making studies from 1992 to 1995.
Joined Shanghai Lide Western Musical Instrument Co., Ltd. from 1996 to 2003.
Established and operated his own violin workshop from 2004 to 2012.
Worked and studied at Gramercy Music in Singapore from 2013 to 2018, gaining international perspectives.
In 2019, became a violin maker at IUE Strings, with 20 years of experience in violin making and restoration.
Guoqiang Li
In September 2004, Li pursued advanced studies at the Violin Making Research Center of the Central Conservatory of Music, under the guidance of renowned international violin-making master and professor at the Central Conservatory of Music, Director of the Violin Making Research Center, Quan Zheng. From 2019 to 2023, Li has been engaged in violin making and restoration at IUE Strings, bringing with him a wealth of experience and exceptional technical skills.
Jens Claudius Geer
- Jens Claudius Geer was born in Germany and has been playing the violin since he was a child.
- His grandparents were opera singers, his mother a flutist, his brother and sister cellists and violinists respectively.
- He graduated from the Mittenwald School of Luthiery in 1980-84.
- In 1986-89 he worked as a repairer for WEHillandSons in London, where he gained special techniques and experience in the repair of important and valuable instruments.
- 1989-90 Traveled to the famous Czech workshop Thomas and Vladimir Pilar.
In 1992 he joined Peter Bidduph - in London, tuning for international players.
- In 1994 Jens moved to Barcelona, Spain, to open his own studio, where he dedicated himself to the production of stringed instruments.
- Now he works with us and is our most experienced luthier.
